Tablecloth ("the Service") is provided by Edward & Armstrong Limited ("we", "us"). The Service lets restaurants ("you", "the restaurant") collect menu preorders from guests at a group booking. By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms.
The Service is billed at £15 per month per restaurant account, after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Guests submit their name, dish choices, and an optional note directly into the Service via a link you share. You are responsible for how you communicate to your guests that this information will be used to prepare their order. We recommend telling guests, in your own invitation message, what the link is for.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We recommend confirming large or time-sensitive orders with guests directly if the Service is unavailable close to an event.
